By accessing our website or engaging GTB Solutions for BIM modeling or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

GTB Solutions provides architectural, structural, and MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and related digital twin services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in a project proposal or contract.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, drawings, and requirements in a timely manner. Delays in providing required inputs may affect project timelines.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced for a client under a paid engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. GTB Solutions retains the right to reference completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and logos — is the property of GTB Solutions and may not be reproduced without permission.

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and due dates, are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in paused work.

GTB Solutions will perform services with professional care, but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate an active engagement per the terms set out in the relevant project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

These Terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where GTB Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
